Prior to contacting your company we had contacted several other companies to sell the freehold of 2 maisonettes. No other company was willing to take the time or be supportive in advising us. We wasted a lot of time and the stress of not knowing what to do before speaking with Adam. One of the lease holders was not accepting their mail therefore the Right of First Refusal notices and letters advising of overdue ground rents were not being served.

I found Adam and Clare to be honest, straightforward and delightful people, as well as very professional throughout the whole process. I had offered the freehold informally on several occasions to existing leaseholders but they never took up the offer. I phoned Adam on spec and he offered me a fair price, which I was happy to accept, and he then arranged the formal Section 5 Notice to leaseholders (at no cost to me).
Somewhat to my surprise, the leaseholders took up the offer this time, but it made no difference to Adam and Clare who continued to be most helpful throughout, right up to completion of sale. Needless to say, I feel fortunate to have found them and am glad I made that call.

If you are contemplating disposing of a property freehold I would recommend you talk to Freehold Sale. The offer they made for my property was precisely in line with my expectations (several websites provide estimated costs for leaseholders wishing to purchase their freeholds) and they made the transaction as straightforward as possible.
